Meet Damon Wilcox.

Creator → Creator Manager → Project Lead

Damon joined as a creator in July 2023, producing daily content across multiple campaigns.

After working across 8–10 campaigns, moved into Creator Management in March 2024.
Went from managing creators asynchronously to leading client calls and owning campaigns end-to-end.
Has now managed 100+ campaigns, including up to 14 simultaneously.
Used his creator experience to improve briefs, campaign processes and strategy tracking.

Today, Damon onboards clients and creators, manages Creator Managers, oversees budgets and timelines, and continues to lead campaigns.

His biggest progression? Going from making the content himself to understanding, and helping lead, the entire creative operation.

Meet Patricia Peacock.

Creator Manager → Creative Lead

Patricia joined Plutus in 2025 after 4–5 years creating UGC, bringing hands-on creative experience straight into campaign management.

Quickly expanded from managing creators into strategy, creative analysis and client-facing work.
Has directly managed around 35 campaigns, including 12–13 simultaneously.
Helped shape systems across client presentations, creative formats, creator sourcing, contracts and campaign troubleshooting.
Worked on major campaigns including Canva, while also helping support and develop newer members of the team.

Today, Patricia leads creative strategy across campaigns: reviewing 20–60 pieces of content a day, refining strategy, creating briefs, advising the team and preparing client presentations.

Her biggest progression? Going from managing creator output to shaping the strategy, systems and creative direction behind entire campaigns.
